# Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from PRA Law Firm, PLLC, you agree to the  following terms:

1. **SMS Messaging Service**  
   I consent to receive SMS text messages from PRA Law Firm, PLLC for Payment Plan Due Date Reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out.
2. **Message Frequency**  
   You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
3. **Message and Data Rates**  
   Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
4. **Privacy Policy**  
   Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed below:
   
   PRA Law Firm collects personal information with our services, including when you communicate with us via text messages. The types of information we collect may include your name, contact details, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
   
   We use this information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Your information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating our business and fulfilling our commitments. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. **Opt-Out Instructions**  
   You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. Reply HELP for support. You may also contact us directly at (888) 572-5637.
6. **Liability**  
   We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
